Commitment to quality

Those who choose us are not only looking for a watch, they are looking for security, impeccable treatment and the certainty of being in the best hands.

Our commitment begins when the watch arrives in your hands.

How we work

1. Authenticity guaranteed

In Wancora, we only work with official distributors or directly with the watchmakers themselves. Each piece we offer is 100% original, like new and unworn (unless expressly indicated), and is delivered with its official case, documentation and warranties stamped by the manufacturer.

We rigorously select each watch to ensure a flawless shopping experience: transparent, secure and backed by brands that have been marking time with excellence for decades - or centuries.

For specific details on each firm's warranty coverage and conditions, please see this section.

Your trust is the most valuable thing we have. And we take care of it in every detail.

2. Fully insured shipping

Your peace of mind, from the first contact, to beyond delivery.

Every order at Wancora includes free and insured shipping at 100% of the value of the watch, at no additional cost to you. We work with DHL Express, which guarantees a fast, reliable and perfectly traceable service at all times.

We understand what it means to acquire a valuable piece. That's why each watch is shipped in a discreet package, with no logos or visible references to the contents, minimizing any risk during transport.

In addition, all shipments are sent in reinforced and specially protected packaging to ensure that the piece arrives to you in perfect condition, as it should be.

From our hands to yours, your watch travels with the same care with which it was created.

3. Price guarantee & flexible payment options

Transparency, without exceptions.

At Wancora, we believe that a good watch does not need to be inflated in price. That is why most of our models are offered below the official RRP of the brands themselves. In case of not being below the RRP due to the offer and the market, you will receive the model without tedious waiting lists.

The price you see is the price you pay. No small print, no hidden costs, no surprises. Clarity is part of our commitment to you.

In addition, we offer flexible payment methods to adapt to your needs, always without pressure or urgency. You choose the pace. Us, the confidence.

Because buying a watch should be as enjoyable as wearing it.

4. Personalized assistance

Excellence is not just in the watch, but in how it is delivered to you.

At Wancora we believe that every customer deserves more than an impeccable purchase: they deserve attention that matches their needs.

For this reason, we offer a personalized, close and discreet treatment, in which each consultation is attended with the same dedication as if it were a unique piece. We listen, we understand and we accompany. Whether it is to resolve a doubt, receive expert advice or simply share your idea, our team is available for you.

We answer quickly, with criteria and without pressure. Because whoever is looking for a special watch deserves to feel equally special throughout the whole process.

5. Transparent delivery timelines

Every clock has its own time. Ours, always in your favor.

At Wancora we work with two delivery modes, depending on the availability of the model:

- Models in stock: shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, via DHL Express, tracking and insurance included.

- Models on request: if it is not available in our inventory, we request it directly to our official suppliers. In this case, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the brand and reference.

Before confirming your order, our team will inform you precisely of the estimated time, and will be in contact with you throughout the process.

Punctuality, information and trust. That's how we like to invest our time.

6. Headache-free returns

The peace of mind that comes with knowing you can change your mind.

In Wancora we want every purchase to be a safe decision without pressure. Therefore, if for any reason you wish to return your watch, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to do so, completely free of charge and with a full refund of the amount paid.

The only condition is that the watch is in perfect condition, with no signs of use or manipulation, and with all the original elements included (box, documentation, seals and guarantees).

Our team will assist you throughout the entire process to make the return as easy and transparent as the purchase was.

Because trust is also demonstrated when a change of opinion is respected.

Purchasing process

Absolute security in every transaction.

At Wancora Watches we use the escrow payment system, collaborating with the Mangopay payment platform, the same one that manages payments at Chrono24.

This means that you pay with the same system of trust and protection that you have already used, if you have previously purchased through Chrono24.

You make the payment through our secure gateway managed by Mangopay.

The amount is held in a secure escrow account while we order the watch from our suppliers.

In addition, we have flexible payment options, without pressure, to suit your preferences. You can ask us if you wish to order in installments or pay in installments.

Because when it comes to trust, the best form of payment is to feel that your money is where it belongs: safe.

Warranties by brand

At Wancora Watches, all our watches are purchased through official distributors, or come directly from the brands.

All watches, unless otherwise indicated, are as new and unworn, with all their official documentation (international warranty, maintenance book, etc.) and with their respective original boxes.

In this section you will find a brief explanation of how the warranties work for each and every one of the brands we work with.

Bell & Ross

Your Bell & Ross watch is covered by a two-year international warranty (parts and labor) from the date of purchase shown on your warranty card.

Bell & Ross warranties can be registered in the customer’s name using the QR code on the warranty.

For Breitling watches we distinguish two types of international warranties:

  • If the movement with which your Breitling watch or chronograph is equipped is not a Breitling manufacture mechanical movement, it is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years.
  • In the case of watches and chronographs equipped with a Breitling manufacture mechanical movement, the Breitling international warranty applies for an extended warranty period of five years.

To find out if your watch has a Breitling manufacture mechanical movement, you will need to look at the reference of the watch. If the second letter is a B and the next 2 numbers are between 01 and 35 (from B01 to B35), your watch has a Breitling manufacture mechanical movement.

Breitling watches may be registered in the customer’s name directly from the Breitling website using the QR code on the warranty.

Bvlgari warranties are valid for the next five years from the date of activation. They include an NFC chip and with a QR code, which, after being scanned, redirects the customer to the Bvlgari website where he can view the data of the watch.

The Cartier warranty is valid internationally for the next three years
(only applicable to new watches), but can be extended up to a maximum of 8 years through the Cartier Care system.

This system is obtained through the QR code on the warranty, whose reading redirects directly to the Cartier website, where you will have to fill in a series of data to complete the registration.

Once the registration is completed, the message confirming the warranty extension will appear and the watch will appear in the “My Collection” section. Once this process is completed, the customer will be able to enjoy 8 years of international warranty.

A five-year warranty from the date of purchase is offered for each watchmaking creation or timepiece purchased after October 2022.

For certain models, Hublot offers a free one-time complete service, valid for seven years from the activation of the warranty.

This service can only be used after the original warranty period has expired. To do so, it is necessary to register your watch in the “Hublot e-warranty” application and enter the serial number of your watch once you have downloaded the application.
